We follow these principles in our projects
Prioritize outcomes and honesty over associations
It's human nature to seek belonging, but strong affiliations can sometimes lead to problems. By avoiding strict group identities, we can enhance our professionalism and effectiveness as experts.
Maintain a proactive approach at all times
Our instinctive reactivity can sometimes be beneficial, conserving energy for trivial matters or even yielding better outcomes in areas where we lack competence. However, in the context of our projects, proactive approaches typically lead to superior results.
Remember, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link
In projects, different domains require attention, necessitating a holistic perspective. Focusing solely on one aspect, such as time, is insufficient, as all domains are interconnected and must receive adequate attention for the project to function effectively.
Incorporate reusable components
An improvised project approach consumes excessive energy and resources, risking oversight of essential elements. Simplification is best achieved through the use of repeatable elements, preferably implemented in cyclical iterations.
Never engage in actions lacking clear intent
Conserve and enhance energy and assets
Resources are finite. Both project resources and personal mental energy are limited. It's crucial to conserve and maximize these resources for yourself and the project, while also assisting team members in doing the same.
Don't act without purpose. Consider if the effort aligns with desired outcomes. Otherwise, it may yield no benefit or fail to capitalize on potential gains.
